Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Bradenton
The view is the easy part. I am here for everything after it.
I work across Manatee and Sarasota counties and the barrier islands, and my role is to help you understand the details that matter here: which streets sit high, what insurance truly costs on a given address, and which builders finish when they say they will.

Ways To Work With Me
Three conversations I have every week.
One of them is probably yours, and each one calls for a different strategy. They all begin the same way: with an honest conversation about what the listing photos and the tax record leave out.
Buying a Home in Lakewood Ranch or Sarasota?
Local guidance from someone who lives here. Flood zone, elevation, roof age, and a real insurance quote are all checked before you write an offer, so you decide with the full picture in front of you.
For Buyers
Thinking About Selling Your Gulf Coast Home?
A price built on what has actually closed near you, photography and staging that present the home properly, and an estimated net sheet so you know what you walk away with before it ever lists.
For Sellers
Planning a Move to Florida?
I have moved my own life and license across three states, and I can guide you through every part of it: where to look, what it truly costs to carry a home here, and the order to do it all in.

I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2006, beginning my career in Georgia, continuing in Alabama, and now serving clients in Florida. Over the past two decades, my experience has spanned residential sales, property management, real estate investing, new construction, fix and flips, long term rentals, and relocation.
As a Lakewood Ranch resident, my knowledge of the area goes beyond what you will find on a listing sheet. I know these communities from living here, studying the market, and understanding the details that can make one neighborhood, or even one property, a better fit than another.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish and can guide clients through the entire real estate process in either language. From the first conversation through negotiations, contracts, inspections, and closing, my clients can communicate with me in the language in which they feel most comfortable and confident.
I believe some of the most important work in a real estate transaction happens well before anything is signed. It is researching flood zones, reviewing association budgets and fees, understanding insurance costs, evaluating property values, and identifying potential concerns while there is still time to make an informed decision. These details may not be the most glamorous part of real estate, but they can have a significant impact on what a property truly costs, and whether it is the right investment.
My approach is simple: help my clients understand what they are buying or selling, recognize value, and make confident decisions with the full picture in front of them.

“My job is to educate first. Everything else follows from that.”
Experience matters most when it helps you make a better decision. Every client comes to real estate with a different objective, and I believe the advice should reflect that. A buyer relocating to Florida, a homeowner preparing to sell, and an investor evaluating an opportunity each need a different strategy. My role is to help you understand the market, recognize value, weigh the options in front of you, and move forward with clarity.
Real estate has also been part of my life well beyond my own career. I grew up in a family of agents and around my father’s construction business, which gave me an early understanding of homes from another perspective: renovation, condition, cost, and what it actually takes to improve a property. I was also influenced by an aunt who transitioned from banking into real estate investing and taught me to see property not only as a place to live, but as a vehicle for building long term wealth.
That perspective became part of my own approach to investing. Having completed fix and flips and owned long term rentals, I naturally look beyond the surface of a property. I consider value, potential, marketability, and the numbers behind the decision, not simply whether a transaction can be made. If the numbers do not work, I will tell you.
Because ultimately, I do not measure a successful real estate decision by what happens at the closing table. I measure it by whether it still makes sense years later: whether it protected what you worked to build, positioned you well for what comes next, and, when that is the goal, helped create wealth that can be passed to the next generation.
